Phase 1

Choose one of our low calorie, high protein meal plans to support you to feel full as you lose weight quickly and safely. In addition to weight loss, our P1 meetings offer

weekly nutrition education and support, 1-1 coaching , accountability, and medical

supervision (if needed).

  • Decision-Free Meal Plan


    This plan is ideal for those who do not want to make any decisions! It is perfect

    for those who need to lose 20-200lbs. It is easy, structured, filling and provides

    quick seamless weight loss. Using our high protein but low calorie shakes,

    entrees and bars, the weight just falls off! The average weight loss on this plan is

    60-80 lbs.

  • Healthy Solutions Meal Plan

    This highly structured meal plan uses our delicious high protein meal

    replacements along with adding in your own vegetables and fruits. Ideal for

    anyone who needs to lose 20-200 lbs. It is offered with or without medical

    support. The average weight lost on this plan is 35-50 lbs.

Phase 2

Often referred to as “maintenance” , our P2 program will help you learn HOW to keep the weight off and protect your health once and for all! Our weekly P2 classes offer support, accountability and ongoing nutrition education andlifestyle coaching.
